Refund Policy

Custom-made products and right of withdrawal
We only supply custom-made products that are produced specifically according to your instructions (for example name, text and colours). For this reason, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, as custom-made products may be exempt under applicable EU and Danish consumer rules.

This means that, as a rule, you cannot get a refund or exchange the product if you change your mind about your purchase, or if you discover a spelling mistake in the text you entered yourself after the order has been completed.

The company is registered in Denmark and is subject to Danish law. If you are a consumer resident in the Netherlands, mandatory Dutch consumer protection laws apply to the extent they give you stronger rights.

All products are designed, produced and shipped from Denmark.


Cancelling or changing an order
If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the change you would like to make

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to help you correct the order. However, we cannot guarantee this, and there is no statutory right of withdrawal for custom-made products.


Complaints (defects and faults)
You have a 2-year warranty period in accordance with the applicable rules on sale of goods.

You can make a complaint if:

  • the item is damaged on arrival

  • the print does not match your order confirmation

  • there is a defect in the material or production

The warranty does not cover:

  • errors caused by information you entered yourself when ordering (for example spelling mistakes in the name or text)

  • normal wear and tear or improper use of the product

  • damage caused during application if the instructions were not followed


How to make a complaint
If you wish to complain about a product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the problem

  • preferably photos of both the product and any damaged packaging

The more precise information and documentation you provide, the faster we can process your case.


Solution in case of a justified complaint
If your complaint is justified, we will assess the case individually. Depending on the situation, the solution may be that:

  • we produce and send a new product at no extra cost to you

  • you receive a partial or full refund

  • you receive a discount on the price

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs if we ask you to send the product back to us.


Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the original purchase (unless we agree otherwise).
We will process the refund once your case has been finalised and any return goods have been received or sufficiently documented.
