Shipping options and prices
We offer free shipping as standard, and in some cases you can choose a tracked option.
Denmark

Standard delivery: DAO Plus (untracked) – included in the price (free shipping).

Optional upgrade: PostNord Parcel (tracked) – price is shown in the cart and at checkout.
International

Standard delivery: PostNord Tracked (tracked) – shipping is calculated per order and shown at checkout.
All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Production and dispatch
All products are made to order and produced to your specifications.
We produce and dispatch every Tuesday.
Order by Tuesday 12:00 for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
Delivery time (estimated)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, holidays, and the shipping carrier.

Denmark (DAO Plus): Typically delivered quickly, but with no guarantee and no tracking.

International (PostNord Tracked): Typically delivered within a few business days, but may vary.
Order confirmation and shipping
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email. If the shipment is tracked, tracking details will be included.
If your shipment hasn’t arrived

Denmark (untracked): If you haven’t received your order after a reasonable time, please contact us – we’ll help.

Tracked shipments: We can use tracking to investigate the status.

Responsibility for delivery address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays and additional costs, which you may need to cover.
Uncollected parcels (parcel shop/locker)
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, you will be charged the actual return shipping costs and any new shipping costs if the parcel needs to be resent.
Transport damage
If the parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, we recommend that you:

file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible, and

contact us at info@postkassestickers.nu with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents.
